This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through Patches.co.uk are processed and delivered.

Patches.co.uk is operated by ELLU Ltd trading as Patches.co.uk.

UK Delivery

Standard UK delivery is FREE on all orders. There is no minimum order value.

Our standard free UK delivery service is Royal Mail 2nd Class.

We also offer faster and upgraded Royal Mail delivery services for an additional charge. Available delivery options and their prices are displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

You only pay one delivery charge per order when choosing a paid delivery service, regardless of the number of items in your order.

Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 10am Monday to Saturday are normally dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after the cut-off time will normally be dispatched on the next available dispatch day.

During exceptionally busy periods or circumstances outside our reasonable control, dispatch may occasionally take longer.

UK Delivery Options

Our UK delivery options currently include:

Royal Mail 2nd Class – FREE

Faster and upgraded Royal Mail services, including First Class, Signed For and Special Delivery services, may also be available for an additional charge.

This means you can see and select your preferred delivery service before completing your purchase.

Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the Royal Mail service selected.

Any delivery times shown on our website or during checkout are estimates unless the selected service is expressly described by Royal Mail as a guaranteed delivery service.

Postal delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Europe and Ireland

We offer delivery to selected destinations in Europe and Ireland.

Available delivery services and their current prices will be displayed during checkout before you complete your order.

Where available, customers may be able to choose between standard and tracked delivery services.

Worldwide Delivery

We also offer delivery to selected destinations outside the UK and Europe.

Available delivery services and their current prices will be displayed during checkout.

Customs, Import Duties and Taxes

All orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom.

International orders may be subject to customs procedures, import duties, taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless we expressly state otherwise, any import duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs processing may occasionally delay international deliveries. These delays are outside our reasonable control.

Delivery Address

Please make sure that the delivery address supplied when placing your order is complete and accurate.

If you notice an error in your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will try to correct the address before dispatch where possible, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or dispatched.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us through the Contact Us page on Patches.co.uk.

We will investigate the delivery and, where appropriate, contact Royal Mail or the relevant delivery provider.

If an order is confirmed as lost, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Undeliverable or Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us because the delivery address supplied was incorrect or incomplete, or because delivery could not be completed, please contact us.

We will explain the available options and any additional delivery charge that may apply before sending the parcel again.
