Iron-On and Sew-On Patches

Some patches may be suitable for ironing on, sewing on or both. Please check the individual product description and any instructions provided.

Before applying an iron-on patch, make sure that the garment or fabric is suitable for heat application and follow the garment manufacturer's care instructions.

Customers are responsible for checking the suitability of the garment, fabric and application method before attaching a patch.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights where a product is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Prices

Prices displayed on Patches.co.uk are shown in the currency indicated on the website.

Where applicable, prices include VAT unless clearly stated otherwise.

We may change prices from time to time, but a price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted by us.

The price charged for an order will be the price displayed and confirmed during checkout, subject to the provisions below relating to obvious errors.

Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.

After you place an order, we may send you an acknowledgement confirming that we have received it.

Standard UK delivery is currently free on all orders with no minimum order value.

Faster or upgraded delivery services may be available for an additional charge.

International Orders

Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return postage unless we have agreed otherwise.

Products made to your specifications or clearly personalised may not qualify for the normal statutory change-of-mind cancellation right.

Your statutory rights still apply if a personalised or custom-made product is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Promotions and Discount Codes
