🐉 Black Chinese Dragon Patch Embroidered Badge Iron Sew On T Shirts Jackets Jeans
Size: Approx. 10.7 cm Width × 7.9 cm Height
Add serious attitude to your clothing with this striking Black Chinese Dragon embroidered patch. Featuring a fierce dragon head stitched in deep black thread with bold red highlights, golden horns, flowing whiskers and sharp white teeth, this design blends classic Eastern symbolism with a modern, edgy feel.
The layered embroidery gives the dragon depth and texture — from its intense eye to the curling moustache and sweeping mane. Black dragons are often linked to strength, mystery and protection, making this patch a powerful statement piece for anyone who loves bold fashion or meaningful artwork.
Perfect for denim jackets, biker jackets, hoodies, T-shirts, jeans, coats, backpacks, tote bags and custom streetwear, this patch instantly upgrades plain items or covers small marks and wear. It also works brilliantly for cosplay, festival outfits, tattoo-inspired looks, martial arts uniforms, or creative DIY projects.
Whether you’re building a patch collection or designing a one-of-a-kind garment, this dragon badge adds instant character and impact.
The patch includes a heat-activated adhesive backing for iron-on use and can also be sewn on for extra strength — especially recommended for frequently worn items.
🔥 Iron-On Instructions
Suitable for cotton, denim, canvas, twill and most polyester blends.
Not recommended for leather, silk, nylon, vinyl, waterproof or stretchy fabrics (use sew-on only for those).
-
Place your garment on a firm, flat heat-safe surface.
-
Set iron to cotton / medium-high heat (approx. 170–180°C / 340–360°F) with steam OFF.
-
Smooth the fabric where the patch will sit.
-
Position the patch adhesive-side down.
-
Cover with a thin cotton cloth or baking parchment.
-
Press the iron firmly straight down for 20–25 seconds — do not slide.
-
Lift and repeat over all areas, paying attention to edges and detailed parts.
-
Turn the garment inside out and press behind the patch for another 15–20 seconds.
-
Allow everything to cool completely before moving.
-
Check edges once cool and re-press if needed.
-
Leave flat for 24 hours before washing or wearing.
Wash inside out on a gentle cycle. Air drying is recommended.
🧵 Sew-On Instructions (Best for Long-Term Wear)
Ideal for jackets, trousers, bags and heavy-use items.
-
Position the patch and secure with pins or fabric glue.
-
Thread a needle with strong thread (black, red or clear works well).
-
Begin stitching from inside the garment to hide knots.
-
Use small straight or whip stitches around the entire edge, following the dragon’s shape.
-
Keep stitches close and even for a neat finish.
-
Finish with a double knot on the inside.
For maximum durability, many people iron the patch first to hold it in place, then sew around the border once cooled.
