Burger & Fries Embroidered Patch Iron Sew On Clothes Shirt Jacket Embroidery Badge

Size: Approx. 6.9 cm width × 4.2 cm height

Bring instant fast-food fun to your clothing with this playful Burger & Fries embroidered patch. Featuring a juicy stacked burger alongside a classic box of golden fries, this badge is packed with colourful stitching and textured detail — from the toasted bun and layered fillings to the crispy fries popping out of their bright red carton.

At approximately 6.9 cm wide by 4.2 cm high, this patch is the perfect size for subtle customising. Add it to T-shirts, jackets, denim, backpacks, pencil cases, tote bags, aprons, or festival outfits to create a look that’s bold, light-hearted, and full of personality. It’s great for food lovers, streetwear fans, chefs, BBQ enthusiasts, or anyone who enjoys quirky accessories with character.

The patch is fully embroidered with a neat stitched edge and finished with a heat-activated iron-on backing, giving you two easy options for attachment. Iron it on for quick application, or sew it on for extra strength — especially on items that get regular wear or washing.

Whether you’re covering a small mark, refreshing old denim, or building a custom collection of patches, this burger and fries badge adds instant charm and humour.

🔥 How to Iron On

Best for cotton, denim, canvas, and similar heat-safe fabrics.

You’ll need:
• Household iron (steam OFF)
• Thin cotton cloth or tea towel
• Flat, heat-resistant surface

  1. Set your iron to medium–high (cotton setting, approx. 150–170°C) and switch OFF steam.

  2. Lay your garment flat on a hard surface and smooth out wrinkles.

  3. Place the patch exactly where you want it, adhesive side down.

  4. Cover the patch with a thin cloth to protect the embroidery.

  5. Press the iron straight down firmly for 20–30 seconds. Do not slide the iron.

  6. Turn the garment inside out and press directly behind the patch for another 15–20 seconds to fully activate the glue.

  7. Let everything cool completely before touching.

  8. Gently check the edges. If any part lifts, repeat pressing for 10–15 seconds.

Aftercare:
• Wait 24 hours before washing.
• Wash inside out on a gentle cycle.
• Avoid tumble drying when possible.
• For hats, bags, or heavy-use garments, sewing around the edge is strongly recommended even after ironing.

🧵 How to Sew On (for maximum durability)

Ideal for backpacks, jackets, caps, or frequently washed items.

Hand sewing:

  1. Position the patch and secure with pins or fabric clips.

  2. Thread a needle with strong polyester or cotton thread.

  3. Start from inside the garment so your knot is hidden.

  4. Stitch around the embroidered border using small straight stitches or a whip stitch, following the shape carefully.

  5. Keep stitches close together for a neat finish.

  6. Once fully sewn around, tie off securely on the inside and trim excess thread.

Machine sewing (optional):
Use a straight stitch or narrow zigzag and sew slowly around the edge, backstitching at the beginning and end.

Perfect for adding foodie vibes to jackets, decorating aprons, customising bags, or creating fun gifts, this Burger & Fries embroidered patch is a small detail that makes a big statement — colourful, cheerful, and full of stitched personality.
