Blue Elephant Embroidered Patch – Iron or Sew On Cute Animal Badge
Size: 12.4cm (Width) × 9.8cm (Height)
Bring gentle charm and playful colour to your clothing and accessories with this beautifully detailed Blue Elephant Embroidered Patch. Featuring a sweet long-trunk elephant stitched in soft denim-blue tones with delicate pink accent threads, this patch feels both whimsical and calming at the same time. The expressive eye, rounded body, and flowing trunk give this little elephant a curious, friendly personality that instantly brightens any fabric it’s added to.
The embroidery is densely layered, creating a textured finish that feels substantial and premium in the hand. Subtle pink stitching scattered across the body adds depth and movement, while the bold blue base keeps the design clean and modern. Larger than many novelty patches, this elephant makes a wonderful centrepiece on jackets and backpacks, yet still fits perfectly on jeans, tote bags, hoodies, or children’s clothing.
This patch is perfect for animal lovers, nursery decor projects, festival fashion, or anyone who enjoys adding soft character details to everyday items. It works beautifully for customising denim jackets, refreshing old backpacks, decorating pencil cases, or creating handmade gifts. The peaceful elephant design also suits baby blankets, memory quilts, fabric wall hangings, or personalised aprons.
Whether you’re repairing worn clothing, building a fun patch collection, or crafting something meaningful, this elephant badge adds warmth, creativity, and individuality to your project.
The patch includes a heat-activated backing for easy ironing and can also be sewn on for extra security.

Iron-On Application Instructions (Cotton, Denim & Canvas Recommended)
Before You Start
• Ensure your fabric is clean and completely dry.
• Set your iron to medium heat (cotton setting). Steam must be OFF.
• Place your garment on a hard, flat surface such as an ironing board or table with a folded towel underneath.
• Smooth out any wrinkles so the patch sits perfectly flat.
Attaching the Patch
-
Position the patch adhesive-side down where you want it placed.
-
Cover the patch with a thin cotton cloth, pillowcase, or baking paper to protect the embroidery.
-
Press the iron straight down firmly for 20–25 seconds. Do not move the iron side to side.
-
Lift the iron, reposition slightly, and press again for another 10–15 seconds, paying attention to the edges and trunk.
-
Turn the garment inside out and press directly behind the patch for 15–20 seconds to fully activate the glue layer.
-
Leave the item flat until completely cool before handling.
After Ironing
• Allow at least 24 hours before washing.
• Wash inside out on a gentle cycle.
• Air drying is best to preserve the embroidery.
Iron-on works well for light-use items, but for jackets, bags, or anything washed frequently, sewing is strongly recommended.
Not suitable for nylon, leather, waterproof fabrics, or heat-sensitive materials unless sewn.
Sewing Instructions (Best for Bags, Jackets & Heavy Wear)
Sewing provides the most durable attachment and is ideal for backpacks, denim, outerwear, and children’s clothing.
You’ll Need
• Needle
• Strong thread (blue, light pink, or clear blends nicely)
• Pins or fabric clips
• Scissors
How to Sew
-
Position the patch and secure it in place with pins or temporary fabric adhesive.
-
Thread your needle and knot the end.
-
Begin stitching from the inside of the garment so knots remain hidden.
-
Sew small, even stitches around the outer edge of the elephant, carefully following the curves of the trunk and legs.
-
Keep tension gentle to avoid puckering the fabric.
-
Finish on the inside with a secure knot and trim excess thread.
This method creates a flexible, washable hold that stands up to daily wear.
