Iron-On Instructions (Best for Cotton, Denim & Canvas)

Start with a clean, dry garment and place it on a flat, heat-safe surface. Set your iron to a medium/high cotton setting with steam turned off.

Position the patch adhesive-side down, then cover it with a thin cotton cloth or baking paper to protect the embroidery. Press the iron firmly straight down for about 20–25 seconds without sliding. Lift the iron and repeat across the patch to ensure even heat.

Turn the garment inside out and press directly behind the patch for another 15–20 seconds. Allow everything to cool completely before moving the fabric. For best results, wait 24 hours before washing and always wash inside out on a gentle cycle. Air drying is recommended.

Iron-on is perfect for light wear items, but sewing is strongly recommended for backpacks, jackets, children’s clothing, or anything that will be washed frequently.

Sewing Instructions (For Long-Lasting Hold)
