Mandala Flower of Life Embroidered Patch – Iron or Sew On Sacred Geometry Badge

Size: 7.9cm Diameter

Add a powerful geometric accent to your wardrobe or accessories with this beautifully detailed Mandala Flower of Life embroidered patch. Featuring an intricate circular pattern made from interlocking petal shapes, this design blends calming turquoise, warm gold, deep red, olive green, and black stitching into a striking sacred geometry motif framed by a crisp white outer border.

The Flower of Life symbol is often associated with balance, harmony, and connection, making this patch both visually captivating and deeply meaningful. The dense embroidery gives each segment a raised, textured finish, creating a dimensional look that feels premium and tactile to the touch. Every colour panel is cleanly stitched, giving the design strong contrast and excellent definition.

Perfect as a centrepiece on denim jackets or backpacks, or as a thoughtful detail on jeans, hoodies, canvas bags, or handmade projects. Whether you’re customising streetwear, refreshing old clothing, or adding character to festival outfits or craft creations, this mandala patch instantly brings depth and personality.

A heat-activated adhesive backing allows for easy iron-on application, while sewing is recommended for items that receive frequent wear or washing.

Popular placements include jackets, tote bags, rucksacks, hats, pencil cases, cushions, patch collections, meditation accessories, and personalised gifts.

Iron-On Application Guide (For a Strong, Smooth Finish)

Best used on cotton, denim, canvas, and other heat-safe fabrics.

Preparation

• If possible, wash and dry your garment first to remove factory coatings or residues.
• Set your iron to medium heat (cotton setting). Turn steam OFF completely.
• Place your item on a firm, flat surface such as an ironing board or table.
• Smooth out wrinkles so the patch sits perfectly flat.

Applying the Patch

  1. Position the patch exactly where you want it, adhesive side against the fabric.

  2. Cover the patch with a thin cotton cloth, tea towel, or baking paper to protect the embroidery threads.

  3. Press the iron straight down firmly for 20–25 seconds. Do not slide the iron.

  4. Lift the iron and repeat pressing for another 10–15 seconds, rotating slightly to cover the full circle evenly.

  5. Turn the garment inside out and press directly behind the patch for around 20 seconds to fully activate the adhesive.

  6. Leave the item flat and untouched until completely cool.

Aftercare

• Avoid washing for at least 24–48 hours.
• When washing, turn garments inside out and use a gentle cycle.
• Air drying is preferred to extend the life of the embroidery.

Iron-on is ideal for light to medium use. For bags, jackets, or heavy fabrics, stitching is strongly advised.

Not suitable for leather, nylon, waterproof materials, or delicate synthetics unless sewn.

Sewing Instructions (Best for Long-Term Wear)

Recommended for backpacks, outerwear, hats, or anything washed regularly.

What You’ll Need

• Needle
• Strong thread (black or clear blends nicely)
• Pins or fabric clips
• Scissors

Sewing Steps

  1. Place the patch in position and secure with pins or clips so it doesn’t shift.

  2. Thread your needle and knot the end.

  3. Begin from the inside of the garment so the knot remains hidden.

  4. Stitch around the outer edge using small, evenly spaced stitches, following the circular shape.

  5. Keep your tension gentle and consistent to avoid puckering the fabric.

  6. Once fully stitched, finish on the inside with a tight double knot and trim excess thread.

This method keeps the patch flat, secure, and ready for everyday use.
