Milk Carton Cow Embroidered Patch – Iron or Sew On Dairy Badge 🥛🐄
Size: 4.3cm (Width) × 8.9cm (Height)
Add a splash of playful nostalgia to your outfits with this charming Milk Carton Embroidered Patch, featuring a bright blue milk carton complete with dripping milk detail, bold “MILK” lettering, and an adorable little cow face peeking out from the front. Tall and slim in shape, this patch makes a perfect vertical accent that stands out beautifully on jackets, jeans, tote bags, and T-shirts.
The embroidery is dense and smooth, with layered stitching that gives the carton subtle dimension while keeping crisp edges and vibrant colour contrast. The soft blues, creamy whites, and warm brown cow details combine for a fun, friendly design that feels both modern and retro at the same time.
This patch is ideal for anyone who loves cute food graphics, kawaii-style accessories, quirky fashion, or playful DIY projects. It works brilliantly as a standalone statement piece or alongside other patches in a custom collage.
Great uses include decorating denim jackets, personalising backpacks, upgrading pencil cases, adding character to lunch bags, brightening up aprons, or creating one-of-a-kind gifts for friends who love cows, dairy themes, or unique embroidery. It’s also perfect for festival outfits, streetwear styling, kids’ clothing, or handmade craft projects.
Whether you’re covering a small mark, refreshing old clothing, or simply adding something cheerful to your look, this milk carton patch brings instant personality.
The back features heat-activated adhesive for easy iron-on application, and it can also be sewn on for extra durability.

🔥 Iron-On Instructions (Best for Cotton, Denim, Canvas & Similar Fabrics)
Before You Start
• Pre-wash and dry your garment if possible to remove factory coatings.
• Set your iron to medium heat (cotton setting). Turn steam completely OFF.
• Place your item on a firm, heat-safe surface and smooth out any wrinkles.
Applying the Patch
-
Position the patch exactly where you want it, adhesive side touching the fabric.
-
Cover the patch with a thin cotton cloth, tea towel, or baking paper to protect the embroidery threads.
-
Press the iron straight down firmly for 20–25 seconds. Avoid moving the iron back and forth.
-
Lift the iron and press again over different areas of the patch for another 10–15 seconds to ensure even heat.
-
Turn the garment inside out and press directly behind the patch for 15–20 seconds to fully activate the glue.
-
Leave the item flat until completely cool before handling.
Aftercare
• Wait 24–48 hours before washing.
• Wash inside out on a gentle cycle.
• Air drying is recommended to preserve both adhesive and embroidery.
For bags, jackets, or clothing that bends or stretches often, sewing is strongly recommended even after ironing.
Not suitable for leather, nylon, waterproof materials, or heat-sensitive fabrics unless stitched.
🧵 Sewing Instructions (Ideal for Long-Lasting Hold)
Perfect for backpacks, jackets, jeans, hats, and items that get frequent wear.
What You’ll Need
• Needle
• Strong thread (blue, white, or clear works well)
• Pins or fabric clips
• Scissors
How to Sew
-
Place the patch where desired and secure it with pins or clips.
-
Thread your needle and tie a knot at the end.
-
Start from the inside of the garment so the knot stays hidden.
-
Stitch around the outer edge of the patch using small, evenly spaced stitches, following the shape carefully.
-
Keep your thread snug but not tight enough to pucker the fabric.
-
Once finished, secure with a double knot on the inside and trim excess thread.
This method keeps the patch flat, secure, and ready for regular washing and daily use.
