Pair of Pink Flower Patches – Iron On or Sew On Embroidered Floral Patches

Transform clothing, accessories and craft projects with this beautiful Pair of Pink Flower Patches. Featuring an elaborate embroidered floral arrangement in rich pink and rose tones, these decorative appliqués are perfect for adding an eye-catching floral feature to a dress, T-shirt, hoodie, jacket, sweatshirt, bag or other fabric item.

Each patch features a large statement flower surrounded by smaller blossoms, embroidered leaves, sweeping stems and delicate curled details. Different shades of pink are used throughout the embroidery to give the design additional depth, while fine gold-coloured thread detailing outlines sections of the flowers and adds an attractive contrasting finish.

The two patches are designed as a coordinating mirrored pair, allowing them to be positioned opposite one another for a balanced and symmetrical look. Use them together on the same garment or separately across two different projects.

Size

You will receive 2 Pink Flower Patches.

Each individual patch measures approximately:

7.7 cm Width × 11.9 cm Height

These are generously sized patches that can create a noticeable decorative feature on clothing while remaining versatile enough for many different sewing and craft projects.

Detailed Pink Floral Design

The embroidery incorporates several different floral elements within each patch. A large layered flower forms the centrepiece, accompanied by a smaller rose-style flower, a cluster of small blossoms and an arrangement of leaves and curved stems.

Rich pink embroidery is combined with softer pink sections throughout the design, while delicate gold-coloured outlines accentuate the petals and smaller details.

The result is a decorative floral patch that can completely change the appearance of an otherwise plain piece of clothing.

Perfect for Hoodies, T-Shirts, Dresses & More

These versatile embroidered flower patches are ideal for customising a wide variety of fabric items, including hoodies, sweatshirts, T-shirts, dresses, skirts, shirts, blouses, jackets, jeans, denim clothing, tops, costumes, handbags, backpacks and fabric accessories.

The mirrored pair offers plenty of possibilities for creative placement. Try positioning one patch on either side of a hoodie, across the front or shoulders of a sweatshirt, on either side of a dress or T-shirt, around a neckline, beside pockets or across the back of a jacket.

Alternatively, use each patch individually as a statement floral decoration.

They are also ideal for upcycling older clothing. Adding detailed embroidery can give a plain or tired garment a completely different appearance. Where appropriate, a patch may also be positioned over a small mark or worn area to provide decorative coverage.

How to Iron On

Before using the iron-on application method, always check the care instructions for your garment and make sure the material can safely withstand heat.

Some delicate, waterproof, coated, highly elasticated or heat-sensitive materials may not be suitable for ironing. For these fabrics, we recommend sewing the patches on instead.

Iron-On Instructions

  1. Make sure the garment or fabric is clean and completely dry before beginning.
  2. Place the garment on a firm, flat and heat-resistant surface.
  3. Position the patch exactly where you would like it. If applying both patches to the same garment, check that you are happy with the spacing and alignment before applying heat.
  4. Set your iron to a medium to high temperature suitable for the fabric and make sure the steam function is switched off.
  5. Cover the patch with a thin cotton cloth, pressing cloth or clean tea towel. This prevents the hot iron from making direct contact with the embroidered threads.
  6. Press the iron firmly onto the covered patch for approximately 20–30 seconds. Apply steady downward pressure rather than continuously sliding the iron backwards and forwards.
  7. Where the garment allows, turn it inside out and press the reverse side of the patch for approximately another 20–30 seconds.
  8. Leave the garment lying flat and allow the patch and fabric to cool completely before touching or testing the edges.
  9. Once everything has cooled, gently check around the patch to make sure it has bonded securely.
  10. If an edge or section has not fully attached, replace the protective cloth and carefully repeat the process for a short period.

Different fabrics and irons can require different temperatures and application times, so adjust carefully where necessary and avoid excessive heat.

For hoodies, sweatshirts and other clothing that may be washed or worn regularly, we recommend adding several small stitches around the edges after ironing for additional security.

How to Sew On

Sewing is another excellent way to attach the patches and is particularly suitable for fabrics that cannot safely withstand the heat required for ironing.

The patches can be hand sewn or machine sewn, depending on the garment and your preferred method.

Hand Sewing Instructions

  1. Position the patch on your garment and make sure you are happy with its location.
  2. Temporarily hold it in place using pins, fabric clips or a few loose holding stitches.
  3. Choose a thread that coordinates with the pink embroidered border or matches the fabric underneath.
  4. Thread your needle and secure the end of the thread with a knot.
  5. Begin from the reverse side of the garment so the starting knot remains hidden.
  6. Make small, neat stitches around the embroidered outer edge of the patch.
  7. Follow the contours of the flowers, leaves and stems, taking particular care around the smaller and narrower areas.
  8. Continue until the complete patch sits securely against the garment.
  9. Finish on the reverse side of the fabric and secure the thread with a firm knot.
  10. Remove any pins, clips or temporary holding stitches.

If you are using a sewing machine, work slowly around the curved sections and intricate edges for a neat and secure finish.

Create a Mirrored Floral Arrangement

These patches are particularly effective when used as a pair because the designs mirror one another. This makes it easy to create a coordinated decorative arrangement on the front or back of clothing.

For example, position one patch on either side of the front of a hoodie, decorate opposite sides of a T-shirt or dress, place them around a neckline or use them to create a symmetrical feature across the back of a jacket.

The patches can also be positioned at different heights or angles for a less formal arrangement.

Ideal for Upcycling & Creative Projects

Embroidered patches are a simple way to personalise clothing without needing to create detailed embroidery yourself. They can turn an ordinary hoodie, T-shirt or dress into something much more individual.

Whether you are interested in sewing, dressmaking, clothing customisation, upcycling, repairs, costume making or general crafts, this pair of Pink Flower Patches provides plenty of possibilities for your next project.

With their combination of rich pink and rose shades, detailed floral embroidery and subtle gold-coloured accents, these patches make an attractive addition to both light and dark fabrics.
