Pancake Stack Embroidered Patch – Iron or Sew On Breakfast Food Badge 🥞

Size: 7cm (Width) × 4.9cm (Height)

Add a delicious dose of cosy charm to your clothing and accessories with this adorable Pancake Stack Embroidered Patch. Featuring a fluffy tower of golden pancakes dripping with syrup and topped with a melting square of butter, this design captures that perfect lazy-morning breakfast feeling in beautifully detailed stitching.

Warm honey, caramel, and cream thread tones give the pancakes a rich, mouth-watering look, while the soft blue plate beneath adds contrast and balance. The layered embroidery creates depth and texture, making the syrup appear glossy and the pancakes look satisfyingly fluffy. It’s a fun, quirky patch that brings instant personality to whatever you attach it to.

This design works brilliantly as a statement detail on denim jackets or tote bags, or as a playful accent on T-shirts, hoodies, jeans, or handmade projects. Whether you’re a brunch lover, food fan, or DIY fashion enthusiast, this patch adds a cheerful, comforting touch to everyday items.

Perfect for customising backpacks, canvas bags, pencil cases, aprons, cushions, kids’ clothes, or craft projects — it also makes a cute gift for foodies or anyone who loves novelty embroidery.

🔥 How to Iron On (Step-by-Step)

Suitable for cotton, denim, canvas, and similar heat-safe fabrics.

• Wash and dry garment first if possible to remove any coatings.
• Set iron to medium heat (cotton setting) with steam OFF.
• Lay garment flat on a firm surface and smooth wrinkles.
• Position patch glue-side down where desired.
• Cover with a thin cloth or baking paper to protect embroidery.
• Press iron straight down firmly for 25 seconds — don’t slide.
• Lift iron and repeat another 10–15 seconds, focusing on edges.
• Turn garment inside out and press behind patch for 20 seconds.
• Leave flat to cool for at least 5 minutes.

Avoid washing for 24–48 hours. For jackets, bags, or frequently used items, sewing afterward is strongly recommended.

Not suitable for nylon, leather, waterproof fabrics, or heat-sensitive materials unless sewn.

🧵 How to Sew On (Best for Long-Term Wear)

Ideal for backpacks, outerwear, children’s clothes, or items washed often.

• Place patch and secure with pins or temporary fabric glue.
• Thread needle with strong matching or neutral thread.
• Start stitching from inside garment to hide knots.
• Sew around the edge using small, even stitches (straight stitch for neatness or zig-zag for strength).
• Pull snug without puckering fabric.
• Finish on the inside with a double knot and trim excess thread.

For maximum hold, stitch a second pass around the border.
