Size: Approx. 8.6 cm width × 7.4 cm height
Add a fresh splash of colour to your clothing and accessories with this vibrant Salad Bowl embroidered patch. Bursting with richly stitched greens, juicy tomatoes, sliced vegetables, and layered textures, this cheerful design captures the look of a crisp, healthy salad served in a classic bowl.
The embroidery features dense, high-quality stitching with bold colours and fine detail throughout — from the leafy lettuce at the top to the carefully shaded vegetables below. Finished with a neat embroidered edge, this patch measures approximately 8.6 cm wide and 7.4 cm high, making it a standout piece without being oversized.
Perfect for decorating chef aprons, uniforms, jackets, tote bags, backpacks, or craft projects, this patch is ideal for food lovers, cooks, and anyone who enjoys playful, colourful designs. It’s a great way to personalise everyday items or refresh worn clothing with something bright and fun.
The patch includes a heat-activated iron-on backing, and can also be sewn on for extra durability — especially recommended for bags or frequently washed garments.
🔥 How to Iron On
Suitable for cotton, denim, canvas, and other heat-safe fabrics.
You’ll need:
• Household iron (steam OFF)
• Thin cloth or tea towel
• Firm, flat surface
-
Set your iron to medium–high (cotton setting, approx. 150–170°C).
-
Lay your garment flat and smooth out any wrinkles.
-
Place the patch adhesive-side down in your chosen position.
-
Cover with a thin cloth to protect the embroidery.
-
Press the iron firmly on top for 20–30 seconds (do not move the iron).
-
Turn the garment inside out and press behind the patch for another 15–20 seconds.
-
Allow to cool completely. Check edges and repeat if necessary.
Tip: Wait at least 24 hours before washing. Wash inside out on a gentle cycle and air dry for best results.
🧵 How to Sew On (Recommended for Bags & Heavy Wear)
-
Position the patch and secure it with pins or fabric glue.
-
Thread a needle with strong cotton or polyester thread.
-
Starting from inside the garment, stitch around the outer embroidered edge using small, even stitches.
-
Continue all the way around for a secure finish.
-
Tie off on the inside and trim excess thread.
You may also use a sewing machine by slowly stitching around the border.
This Salad Bowl patch is a fun, food-inspired accent that brings colour, personality, and handmade charm to any project — perfect for chefs, crafters, and anyone who loves creative embroidery.
