Best suited for cotton, denim, canvas, and other heat-safe fabrics.

You’ll need:
• Household iron (steam OFF)
• Thin cloth or tea towel
• Flat, firm surface

1. Set iron to medium-high / cotton (around 150–170°C).

2. Place your garment on a hard, flat surface and smooth out wrinkles.

3. Position the patch adhesive side down where you want it.

4. Cover with a thin cloth to protect the embroidery.

5. Press firmly with the iron for 20–30 seconds without moving it.

6. Turn the garment inside out and press from the back for another 15–20 seconds.

7. Allow to cool fully. Check edges and repeat if needed.

For best results, wait 24 hours before washing. Wash inside out on a gentle cycle and air dry.

🧵 Sew-On Instructions (Recommended for Heavy Use)

1. Place the patch and secure with pins or fabric glue.

2. Thread a needle with strong matching thread.

3. Starting from inside the garment, stitch around the embroidered border using small, even stitches.

4. Continue all the way around to secure every edge.

5. Tie off on the inside and trim excess thread.

A sewing machine may also be used by carefully stitching around the outer edge.
