Skunk Embroidered Patch – Iron or Sew On Cute Animal Badge
Size: 10.9cm (Width) × 7.7cm (Height)
Add a bold touch of woodland character to your clothing and accessories with this striking Skunk Embroidered Patch. Featuring a playful skunk mid-pose with a sweeping striped tail, bright blue eyes, rosy cheeks, and tiny golden paws, this design blends cute charm with eye-catching detail.
The layered stitching creates beautiful texture through the fur, giving the skunk a soft, almost fluffy appearance, while the flowing white stripes stand out sharply against the deep black background. With expressive facial features and a dynamic pose, this patch feels full of movement and personality — perfect for making any item instantly more fun.
Larger than many novelty patches, this skunk makes a fantastic focal piece on jackets, backpacks, hoodies, or tote bags, while still working just as well as a standout accent on jeans, pencil cases, or craft projects. Ideal for animal lovers, quirky fashion fans, or anyone who enjoys playful embroidered designs.
The patch includes a heat-activated backing for easy iron-on application and can also be stitched in place for long-lasting hold on frequently used items.
Great for customising outerwear, decorating kids’ clothing, refreshing old denim, adding flair to canvas bags, or building your own animal-themed patch collection.

🔥 Iron-On Application – Step by Step
Works best on cotton, denim, canvas, and similar sturdy fabrics.
Preparation
• Wash and dry the garment beforehand to remove any finishes that could weaken adhesion.
• Place the item on a flat, heat-resistant surface.
• Set your iron to medium heat (cotton setting) and switch off steam.
Applying the patch
-
Position the patch where you want it, glue side facing down.
-
Cover the patch with a thin cotton cloth or baking paper to protect the embroidery.
-
Press the iron straight down firmly for about 20 seconds. Avoid sliding the iron.
-
Lift the iron and repeat for another 10–15 seconds, concentrating on the outer edges and tail area.
-
Turn the garment inside out and press directly behind the patch for an additional 20 seconds to fully activate the adhesive.
-
Lay flat and allow everything to cool completely for several minutes.
Aftercare
• Leave for at least 24 hours before washing.
• Wash inside out on a gentle cycle for best results.
• Air drying is recommended.
For backpacks, jackets, or thick fabrics, sewing after ironing is advised for extra security.
Not suitable for leather, nylon, waterproof fabrics, or delicate synthetics unless sewn.
🧵 Sewing Method (Ideal for Long-Term Use)
Recommended for bags, outerwear, children’s clothing, or items that see frequent washing.
You’ll need
• Needle
• Strong thread (black, grey, or clear works well)
• Pins or clips
• Scissors
Sewing steps
-
Place the patch in position and secure it with pins or clips.
-
Thread your needle and knot the end.
-
Begin stitching from inside the garment so the knot stays hidden.
-
Sew around the border using small, tidy stitches, following the shape of the skunk’s outline.
-
Keep stitches evenly spaced to prevent lifting corners.
-
Pull each stitch gently snug without tightening too much.
-
Once you’ve gone all the way around, finish on the inside with a firm double knot and trim excess thread.
This method keeps the patch flat and secure, even on heavy-use items.
