Turkish Evil Eye Embroidered Patch – Iron or Sew On Mystic Triangle Badge

Size: 6.5cm (Width) × 6.5cm (Height)

Bring a touch of mystical symbolism and vibrant colour to your clothing and accessories with this striking Turkish Evil Eye embroidered patch. Designed in a bold triangle shape, this piece features a powerful central eye surrounded by radiant multicolour rays, stitched in rich shades of turquoise, purple, red, yellow, green, and beige, all framed by a crisp black border.

The eye motif has long been associated with protection, positivity, and warding off negative energy, making this patch both visually impactful and meaningfully symbolic. Dense, layered embroidery gives the design depth and texture, while the bright threadwork catches the light beautifully, creating a dynamic, almost glowing effect.

Compact yet eye-catching, this patch works perfectly as a standout accent on denim jackets, backpacks, tote bags, hats, hoodies, or jeans. It also makes a great addition to festival outfits, handmade gifts, or custom craft projects. Whether you’re refreshing an old garment or building a unique statement piece, this embroidered eye adds instant character.

The patch comes with a heat-activated backing for easy iron-on application and can also be sewn on for added durability — ideal for items that see regular wear.

Popular uses include decorating jackets, canvas bags, pencil cases, beanies, patch collections, travel gear, or personalised streetwear.

🔥 Iron-On Instructions (Carefully Applied for Best Results)

Best suited for cotton, denim, canvas, and similar heat-safe fabrics.

Before you start

• Pre-wash and dry your item if possible to remove factory finishes.
• Set your iron to medium heat (cotton setting) and turn OFF steam.
• Lay your garment flat on a firm surface and smooth out wrinkles.

Applying the patch

  1. Position the patch exactly where you want it, adhesive side facing down.

  2. Place a thin cotton cloth or baking paper over the patch to protect the embroidery.

  3. Press the iron straight down with firm pressure for around 20 seconds. Do not move the iron side to side.

  4. Lift and reposition the iron, pressing again for another 10–15 seconds, paying special attention to the corners of the triangle.

  5. Turn the garment inside out and press directly behind the patch for approximately 20 seconds to fully activate the glue.

  6. Allow everything to cool completely while lying flat.

After application

• Avoid washing for at least 24–48 hours.
• When washing, turn garments inside out and use a gentle cycle.
• Air drying is recommended to preserve the embroidery.

For hats, bags, or thick fabrics, stitching afterward is strongly recommended.

Not suitable for leather, waterproof materials, or delicate synthetics unless sewn.

🧵 Sewing Method (Recommended for Long-Term Hold)

Perfect for backpacks, jackets, hats, or frequently washed items.

What you’ll need

• Needle
• Strong thread (black or clear works well)
• Pins or fabric clips
• Scissors

How to sew

  1. Place the patch in position and secure with pins or clips.

  2. Thread your needle and knot the end.

  3. Begin stitching from the inside of the garment so the knot stays hidden.

  4. Sew around the outer edge using small, even stitches, following the triangular shape.

  5. Keep tension gentle and consistent to prevent puckering.

  6. Once complete, finish on the inside with a firm double knot and trim excess thread.

This method keeps the patch flat, secure, and ready for everyday use.
